Corian and other countertop materials

In Jon Timlin's post and in others, I have seen references to using Corian and other faux countertop stone materials for nuts and bridges. I have a big chunk of this stuff left over from when we had new kitchen counters installed several years ago, but what do folks cut this stuff with? I do not want to ruin by bandsaw or table saw blades cutting rocks! Do you use carbide blades?
