One fret might be high on one end - What to do?

Last night I put the first coat of tung oil on my fretboard.

This morning while admiring the wonderful finish on it, I think my first fret is not seated all the way (feels high on one end but I can't tell by sight, just by feel).

If I can't get it to seat better, should I just run a file over the frets again or should I replace it (pull it, re-cut the slot, put in a new fret)?

I haven't strung the fretboard yet.

Thoughts or suggestions would be great! :)
