Bridge Profile

Hello Everyone,

I am about to make a bone bridge for my scratch-built MD and was wondering what shape it should be? Is it standard practice to make it like you would the top-nut with a flat face and sloping back or triangular as on a guitar?

Any help would be appreciated.
