I'm offering this Beede Octive 'Eedy Beede' dulcimer for sale.  It is in excellent condition, with a popular body, a mahogany standard fretted fingerboard, with heart sound holes, a basic padded case, and a Levi mandolin strap. It is 24" long, 5" wide and 2" deep and has a very clear, bright voice, like a mandolin. $350 plus shipping.
