Jeff, it sounds as though the multi-instruments at the group will provide opportunities for learning how to operate in a multi-instrumental jam if you ever find yourself in a place where you can attend one. (Though I haven't jammed regularly in several years, some great learning can take place when playing with varied instruments.) However all goes, I hope your journey is a fun and satisfying one!
Also, thank you for the kind comment about the original tunes which have come out of my house. Home is my favorite place to play. :)
Hey, Jeff! The club may or may not be for you. Some folks do well, learn lots with clubs and others follow a different path. It sounds to me as though you're doing great learning what you want to learn. Keep on strumming!
