LOL, really didn't think they would be very good, John. But you're right, they do look good.
They're pretty useless really - work for a while but really they're not tough enough. They look good though! I use a fairly flexible plectrum these days and instead of a noter I use the edge of my thumb nail which gives that same `zing' as you slide between notes but allows you to occasionally finger the other strings at the same time when you want to stick in a chord.
How well do the pheasant feathers hold up?
