I build stringed instruments. Mostly banjos and cigar box guitars. Then I try to play them. I consider my stuff playable folk art. I look for instruments in junk. Cans, hub caps and what not. Most of my wood is barn dried from the family farm here in West TN. Some are pretty simple, Some more complex.

Hi Steve, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer.  It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.

Ben

Welcome Steveh 2o to Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. Glad you joined. That is a good looking TMB and a well played Old Joe Clark. Let us know if you have questions.
