What grit sanding paper?

Hi everyone, I'm reading a lot about folks liking the Jet 10-20 thickness sanders and I'm curious what grit sandpaper you prefer to thin out your wood to 1/8th" with?..I just bought a Rigid oscillating sander and love it....it's a dream machine, but I'm curious about the 10-20 too!...I must say, I never thought I'd see the day when I would hyperventilate over dulcimer building machinery!!!!!
