What Pick-Up To Buy?

For the builders who use pick-ups, what brand, type, and model have been successful for you?

The purist in me wants to keep this build acoustic only, but my rock star part wants to be able to “plug in” if necessary.

i would probably favor an internal pick-up connected to a 1/4” jack.

Then that kind of begs the next question: What are you guys plugging into?
