Latest build: Electric dulcimer with hum bucker pickup

Just finished my first electric dulcimer. I had some extra parts and thought "Why not"?

It is a 23 inch scale with 1+, 8+, 6+, and 13+ frets. I installed a hum bucker pickup where the strum hollow would normally be. I ran the wiring through the bridge and out the back.

The main body is mahogany and the fretboard is maple.

Tuned to dAD.

I am pleased with the results. Nice sound, more like an electric guitar but pleasing.
