Playing fiddle, guitar, and banjo ukeĀ with the dulcimers. Sorry, I'm not a dulcimer player.....................:~)
I'm in a group (Sound Of The Mountains)with 3 hammered dulcimers, fiddles, guitars,& bass . Also The Back Porch Pickers with Mtn D's, etc. Play every week at square dance at Lewis County Senior Center in Weston, WV.
I enjoy jams, gatherings and festivals. The Fort New Salem Dulcimer Festival is always fun! As well as other festivals in the area (Pattyfest, Worley Gardner, Wartz-n-all, Fairmont Dulcimer Conventions, etc). There's always some dulcimers around, both types!

Hi Bob, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.
