Thanks, Sue... This one is going to be on our as-yet-untitled new album, which I'm mixing and finishing presently. But, you'll likeLive from Wire Mountain too :)
Thanks, all, for your kind words. Find more of our stuff at http://www.twangdarkly.com/ -- it's not all dulcimer stuff, so I don't post a lot of it here. Everything else I play is pretty dulcimer-influenced, though, so you like poking around.
John & Karen Keane -- check out our calendar -- two events (one of them is a solo show) at Bistro Byronz this month, plus a show on Red River Radio. There'll be more, for sure, in coming months.
Nila -- I wish we could get to Oregon as well! Maybe one day!
Judy, re: non-traditional -- I did an interview with a San. Fran. music blog this past fall where we talked a lot about different uses for dulcimer and the apparent tension between traditional and "new" approaches. You might be interested.
You guys are just awesome, I've seen you several time in Shreveport, and can't wait to see you again. Thanks for posting.
Great job! I love how you edited the video together...just really cool! I hope to see y'all again real soon somewhere around Shreveport.
