I really like your work...........it is outstanding.....my pint of Guinness so to speak. Question: What sort of recording mic or software are you using? What I have is just lousy all the way around and it needs to be replaced. What do you recommend? Your work comes through loud and clear with little or no distortion.

Hi Charles...Thanks for the listen and kind words on "Merlin's Joy". I play it like a guitar..so much easier as I am a guitar player mostly.
Really love what I have heard of your work so far. As Arnold said: "I'll be back"

Hi Charles, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn and exchange ideas about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people.

Welcome Charles. I love noter/drone too and there are some great players here for it - Robin Clark has a video of advanced techniques, John Henry is terrific, Randy Adams just to mention a few. You will be inspired beyond belief.
Hey Charles, welcome aboard. Glad ya found us.
