I was inspired to write a Celtic style piece and so this tune sort of grew out from under my fingers : ) I just couldn't think of a title for it. It sounds like a toe-tapper, kind of danceable, and a bit like a drinking song. But more importantly, I wanted to give it the purpose of tying Scotland, Ireland, and Appalachia - my heritage. So what small, fun thing ties them? Apple Brandy! All places distill it and it is very popular. In addition, I wrote this during apple season.
I'm playing my Jack Ferguson dulcimer run through my little Roland Cube amp, and I'm using my Musician's Practice Glove as well as the Dulci-Wrest under my right hand.
My playing style includes suing my strumming hand to add the rhythm of the piece, as well as my melody (left) hand.
Happy Autumn! I hope you enjoy the tune!

Thank you, Ken!
Nicely played. It is a catchy tune and I can see it as a dance. Thanks for sharing.
