Hi, John--Mary Matarainen, formerly of Folkcraft when they were in CT, built this dulcimer especially for me. She is walnut w/wrc top and ebony on the fretboard and the fretboard is raised and scalloped. She is a beauty and sounds the same.. Thank you so much for your compliment...
