I understand, I've only been playing for a year and a half, but it does get easier.
Welcome, Michael, to this little corner of dulcimer heaven. Hope you enjoy it here.

Hi Michael, and welcome to the wonderful world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer and meet some good people. Well, I think that I can say that I have survived and learned how to play the dulcimer even though I have no formal training in music. I play by knowing a song (in my head--and all the music that it's in my head!) and thanks to tablature!

Hey Michael and welcome to the site. This is a great place to share ideas and listen to music. I hope you enjoy!
PS: I love that tune as well. The Dillards are my favorite group!
