It`s just basicly a box with just corner posts with chicken wire on the inside and screen wire on the outside. It has a pitched roof and the whole unit is postioned up against a window. I have the bottom of the window up and supported with upright posts to hold it open, but in bad weather and in winter i can still close the window. Works great !! plus there`s a shelf above where the cats are laying so one can lay up there too.
