It was storm damage from about a year ago. I just had the limb setting in my garage all that time, so it was good and dry.

Did you do anything special to prepare the limb for shaping? I have wanted to try that, but am afraid that the limb would twist after it was shaped.

25"scale length, it has an optional tuning peg for an additional melody string. The neck is was carved from a butternut tree limb.
