Thank you all for the comments! Cynthia and Dusty Turtle: The dulcimer is a fleamarket find. It seems to be a homemade one. The fretboard is indeed except for a few tiny contact points lifted from the soundboard. Timothy: The tune is written in Aeolian. This dulcimer however is one i mainly try to keep in Mixolydian, so therefor the capo is on the first fret. :)
That's really nice, Blue Hand. The tune has almost has a medieval feel. What tuning are you in? Is the capo on the first or second fret?
What kind of dulcimer is that? The fretboard seems to be elevated off the soundboard with the exception of a handful of contact points. I have an octave dulcimer by David Beede that's designed that way, but I've never seen a full-length dulcimer like that.
Very nice tune you have written. Enjoyed it much. I hope Steph (Geekling) listens to this as trolls (especially the under-the-bridge kind) have been in her recent past.
That is a nice tune you have written. Thanks for sharing.

Very enjoyable, as always!
Bluehand, have you heard of the group Wolgemut ? I think you would like their music, I love them.
