First dulcimer made by my partner Richard. He trawled the internet for information to help in the design stages. The top is some form of spruce, back, sides, end piece and pegbox are all walnut. It has a banjo tailpiece (used as an experiment) and is fitted with a pick up. Usually tunes DAd, though I have sometimes dropped it to Cgc. There is a walnut carving of a Green Man on the reverse of this instrument.
