Thank you Robin and Strumella for your kind remarks.  The photos are from 7 years ago and yes Strumella, the goat was in kid.  She was our herd queen and best milker but sadly died last year leaving us with an orphan kid who we successfully bottled reared.  I don't think you'll have to wait too long for snow Robin as my forecast shows very wintry weather starting next Friday!

That's a lovely piece Peter and great photos.  We are waiting for the snows here too.  There was a thin covering on the mountains when I was up on Cadair Idris on Wednesday.

Peter I just love this!  Makes me even look forward to the snow coming here soon.  Something so ancient sounding about the kantele.
