Sheri,
What a small world. I do remember. I picked up the mountain dulcimer a couple of years ago, but haven't been real disciplined about improving. I've been to a few conferences and attended the Evart festival a couple of times. In fact, just today through information I learned on the FOTMD site, I signed up for Stephen Seifert's three day workshop prior to the Evart festival this summer. I've found him to not only be an accomplished player but a patient and good teacher.
How long have you been playing? My wife, Melita, wants to learn to play also, but is waiting till she gets closer to retirement which is three years away yet for her.
Say hi to Bob for me.

Hi Sheri! I just started meeting with a dulcimer circle in Livingston Cnty. If you are interested lets touch base in private message!
Hi Sheri, please check your INBOX for my private message. Thanks!
Hey Sheri, welcome aboard. Glad ya found us.
Welcome, Sheri, to this little corner of dulcimer heaven. Hope you enjoy it here.

Hi Sheri, and welcome to the world of the Friends of the Mountain Dulcimer. It's a good place to come, spend some time, learn about the dulcimer, and to meet some good people. Being left handed must create a lot of challenges in a world that seems to be geared for right handers. I'm sure that there must be some forums or some people here who can help.
Ben
Howdy and welcome to the FOTMD family!
