Hope everyone is well...looking forward to Spring.!..i have missed chating and have been gone for awhile..just taking care of family. also practicing music..music..

I forgot to mention that Tull Glazener leads our DOG group. We work on his TAB, which usually have four or more parts. So much fun.
Sue, I'll put a post on FB asking my NOhio friends about a group in the Mansfield area. If I get info there, I'll tag you so you can see it. :)
The CIFMM&MDS meet the second Sunday of every month at 2:00 PM at the church at 52nd and Central, downstairs. First we have Performance Hour, then a jam of sorts, then Sharing Circle. Snacks are served after Performance Hour.
The DOGs meet the 2nd and 4th Wed of the month at 7:00 at Robin Run Retirement Home on the northwest side.
The Happy Harpers meet once a month on a Sunday. Not sure which one since I don't go to that.
Maybe I'll see you at the society meeting. You could find out more there.
Yes, Sue. I'm in the Central Indiana Folk Music and Mountain Dulcimer Society. I also play with the DOGs (the Dulcimer-Only Group). Another off-shoot of our society is the Happy Harpers, here in Indianapolis.
Checking In..haven't been on here in awhile..Hope everyone is well..good to check in and see whats going on. Missed everyone. Update on my Mother ..she is up and doing well..and was 95yrs young last month. Strumelia..i have been practicing the Banjo as well and lovin-it..
My computer has been dn and now i'm back ,and have sound again ! now i can hear the new video's and catch up around here.

So sorry to miss the Cumberland Gap festival, I will be home taking care of Mother at that time.

A New Toy for my Birthday ! I got a Folkcraft Dulcimer-scroll top. Beautiful and the sound is nice. Also I have a new Auto harp to add to my collection. Happy Birthday to me. I'm just strumming away !

Great Christmas Dinner with my Children a few Days ago. Taking care of Mother at her house. Got her taken care of and her Christmas Dinner on the way. Some of my Family coming in today, so I'm home to check on my husband ,he has been down sick. I think our Christmas dinner will consist of homemade chicken noodle soup for us,for I'm not feeling well ! Everyone take care
