I thought I would venture out of DAD tuning a little bit, so here is a tune I wrote in DGD. It's so much fun to explore this tuning! New ideas..... I thought I would play the melody on the middle string and use my index finger like a noter. There are a few chords in there, as well. This tune made me think of folks sittin' on the front porch talking and laughing and chillin'. There is a simple but undeniable pleasure in sitting on the front porch talking quietly, or just listening to the breeze or the rain. I love watching what I call a "front porch storm" roll by!
