one of my dulcimers was rattling one day when I picked it up, it had been laying in a spare room for a while. (this is before dad moved in) when I turned it sideways a cup of dog food poured out. A mouse had carried it all from the pantry in the kitchen to the dulcimer on a table in a room down the hall. He was a very determined little mouse. Bet he was suprised when his warehouse disapeared.

Do you normally feed him out of your dulcimer? If he crawls in completely is that an indication that the sound hole is on the large size????? Cute photo.
