James, the dulcimer was made by Bill Berg. The body is all cherry, the fretboard under-structure is oak and sugar maple with a rosewood (I think) overlay, and the guitar head is curly maple.

very nice. I also like the unique soundholes, f holes on the bottom and hearts on top. Who made this dulcimer, and what wood combinations?

Absolutely beautiful! Your steady right hand keeps things moving along, and you have some really pretty chords there. The dulcimer also has a warm chime to it, like church bells beckoning the community.
