Thank you Robert for the wonderful story. I would love to visit there sometime it has been a life long wish of mine. I can see the piper in my minds eye sitting above the water playing. Thank you also for your kind comments on my playing. I have always loved the song but am afraid I really don't do it justice.

John I have always loved this song I used to play it along with the song Red is the rose, they sound very nice together. This dulcimer really sounds good in the hands of someone who can play it. Jeff Furman played it at KMW and it was beautiful.

Thanks Dana , my father used to sing this to me a long time ago. Should you ever wish to sell that instrument, I'll give you a fiver for it anytime, it looks and sounds great! ( I've never handled Koa?)
