Coffee cans and plywood

Noter or melody drone?
Now that I finally found a ceramic thimble that fits nicely, the philosophical question is this: does this count as a noter, or a finger playing melody drone haha
More Travelling with the Dulcimer
3rd pic is from when my dulcimer broke camping. Bundt pan was bent so I went to the thrift store in the nearest town and bought a new one then fixed it by the river. No clamps available but rocks worked fine :)
