Aside from the pile on incomplete dulcimers, and the pile of half disassembled dulcimers, these are my currently playable dulcimers. One cardboard, one with the bridge on a glass bottle, and one with the bridge on a bundt pan.
The Abomination
Whipped up a quick dulcimer in about 30 min. out of scrap and trash to test a few curiosities. Weighing about a pound and a half, costing about 5$, looking like absolute junk, is this possibly the ugliest fully functional dulcimer ever made?
Pickin' by the Pond
While practicing on my bundt dulcimer a local photographer approached me and asked if he could take some pictures of me playing. I told him of course he could and asked him for a copy of the pictures. They turned out so nice I wanted to share them :)
