I am blessed to have such nice people in my life. One of them is a co worker who had an old uke sitting around her house and she said she always thought of me and decided a few years back to give it to me. The night she brought it into my night teaching job I had (unbeknowst to me ) ruptured a ligament in my left uke playing hand right before going to work. IN fact on the way out the door (long story write to me if you want to know the gory details lol) anyway I was so touched but in so much pain that I couldn't even play it that night although I attempted to. My hand was misdiagnosed and 8 weeks after I had the accident I had surgery after an mri revealed how bad it was. I couldn't play uke or guitar etc for 6 months. It was tough. My other videos from that time period will represent what happened in a way.
Well I can play it now and I'm blessed. So thank you Pat Salerno for your wonderful gift!
