I was motivated to use the Vangoa 61 key blue tooth midi keyboard because of the lack of plugging in and interfaces and usb adapters etc that I would normally need to create music using a midi controller and my ios devices or computer.
This made doing something like this so much easier.
I really enjoyed the process rather than the normal headache of connections not working. The iPad found the keyboard right away and off I went.
I used my beautiful GODIN Nylon string guitar that one of my brothers gave me 7 years ago for my 50th birthday. So this guitar means a lot to me!
For the guitar I plugged it into my Apogee jam and that into the usb charger for the iPad.
I recorded the whole thing in Cubasis 3 and although it crashed once in the middle my recording was preserved. Thank goodness.
