Noter-Style 1/2 Day MasterClass Workshop
We will be playing in the traditional style, featuring noter technique and the tunes and tunings that fit well together.
The old “slidy” sound with drones is balm for our souls and a lovely and accessible way to play the music.
This day will feature:
1. (2) hour-long Workshops by respected players and instructors of noter-style mountain dulcimer: Aubrey Atwater and Steve Eulberg
2. Faculty Roundtable Discussion
3. Round Robin Faculty Concert
4. Archive videos of the day's workshops and events.
Steve and Aubrey hold their noters different ways:

Happy noter players!
Noters & picks are some of my favorite things! (My favorite noters are made by John Henry and my favorite picks are leather tabs cut from old blue jeans. :) )
Impressive, Steve!
Looks like everyone had a notably good time.
This was a terrific day!
Here is a photo we took of participants all showing their noters and picks!
Signed up for this! Met Aubrey last summer at Ferry Beach Maine. Hopefully my new dulcimer will be here and tuned up by then!
I'm excited for this workshop! My noter-technique is pretty rough-around-the-edges so I'm looking forward to focusing my attention on it for a couple of hours!
Sounds like good presentations. I hope they good a response. Unfortunately I am not able to participate on that day.

I'll sign up (and post notice to my website)
Two amazing teachers for this event!
