This is a jig that was born out of a trip to Bill Taylor's shop. He has a similar one, which is where I got the idea. I don't know why I haven't posted this video yet, but I've been using the tool for over a year.
I love those homemade tools that are creative in their own right but also enable an even more creative process to go forth. Keep doing what you're doing, Mark!
Mark, I really like your shop pics and videos. I think that is a cool jig. I'm always fascinating watching things come together. When I worked in a bicycle shop (younger days) I always enjoyed watching the bicycle mechanics work on the bikes. I love seeing things getting fixed or created. You do beautiful work. You really do. Thanks for sharing!
Mark, I, too, am fascinated by how things get made. Enjoyed seeing your homemade jig and how you will be using it!
Great jig Mark. I like how you share your creativity and process of your work.
Keep up the great work Mark it is fabulous!
Remarkable.
Function seems well thought out. Your jigs should give you many years of excellent service. Thanks for sharing.
