Dan Cox's Lil Homer reminded me that we had a recent addition to our display. Not quite as small as Dan's, this instrument was made in Homer Ledford's shop by a man named Ed Haggerty. Knowing his sense of humor/whimsy, I'm a little surprised that he didn't put frets on.
Dianna, I don't know how long it took, I didn't make it. It's part of a collection we have on exhibit in our shop.
That is too cute!
It's not really playable. Our scales in the shop don't read fine enough to get a weight.
Mike, that is a small one. I guess it can be played? I've seen fretless dulcimers. Okay, so how much does it weigh?
