It sounds wonderful.I did notice that the body is deeper and wider than my scheitholt.I'm going a different direction at the moment.I would like to play an epinnete des vosges but they are hard to find.
Thanks Davisjames! Jack calls it a bass scheitholt. The 4 drone strings are wound bass strings tuned DDAD but an octave lower than the standard scheitholt.

That's lovely!Would you call that a baritone scheitholt?Or are the strings just tuned low?Sounds very different from my Jack Ferguson scheitholt.
