When I discovered the Dulcimer by accident *after slicing my middle left finger tip almost completely off I start d a video journal. Well there were a lot of stops and starts due to arthritis and then another injury which ended in surgery to my hand to repair a ruptured ligament in my left hand. But now after PT and OT I’m back to playing so I thought I would make another entry into this video journal. It’s officially 1041 days since I began my Dulcimer journey.
Thanks for being on it with me. I’ve met an incredible bunch of Dulcimer players along the way too which has been a real blessing!!

Nicely played! I also had some injuries to my hand. I worked hard through PT for months and my doctor told me I would not be able to play again.

Sometimes if you want something bad enough, you pour blood and sweat into PT, through the agonizing pain, and just make it happen.

Yes, I'm so thrilled it's hard to believe now that I didn't play for almost 6 months!!! so glad most of the pain and all the "truama/drama/therapy" is over!!!
