Mitch (on dulcimer) actually has been playing off and on since he was old enough to hold a pick in his hand. He played violin all thru school. Tommy (guitar) also has played some dulcimer. He plays percussion at school. Now he is learning guitar on his own. We had quite a music fest last night - most of the kids played something last night - it was musical chairs - er - instruments! I had one more dulcimer along just for fun....and fun it was!

Love it - this was Christmas at my house, and the minute someone put that plastic recorder into my hands at 5, I was all over it. Somebody else at your house seems to get around a dulcimer pretty well too, and guitar.
