a dulcimer arrangement of Richard Thompson's lovely folk song, beautifully sung by Rebecca Hallworth - a similar version is recorded on my Au Vieux Moulin CD (DSM7 - 2014) - PS - spot the black and white cat moving around in the garden behind
thnx @jennifer-ranger

~this is perfection~
Delightful! I really enjoyed this. The song is an old fave. I'm impressed by the ensemble, either you rehearsed quite diligently or you two are borderline telepaths. :-)
The lovely tune Thompson used is an old one and often associated with the ballad "Willie o'Winsbury" (Child #100). According to Wikipedia it came from a version of "Fause Foodrage" (Child #89) - but the version of that one that I know best uses yet another tune. So goes the folk process!
Thanks for sharing!
