Description:

A melody from Ottawa valley fiddler Tommy Sharbot.He was renowned for his ornate playing of old time waltzes and his vast knowledge of Ottawa Valley music.I think the melody is a variation of an old Irish sentimental tune[I love that stuff,especially if it's in waltz time],'Seumas O'Brien". The 2 dulcimer approach is strategy,I know I'll never get through a tune without mistakes but there's a good chance I'll make mistakes in a different place second time around,can cover it up,laugh.
