A melody for all of those moments that require a tiptoe approach.It could be played on a 6+1/2 Dadd dulcimer,you'd just have to start the melody at the octave on the on the A string and change the lowest note in the first part to to an f#. or a g..very different fingering but hey quite stimulating in my old age.
Hornpipes and clogs are definitely not at the top of the list in the "Celtic music revival" thing.I love them because I've seen how skilled and inspirational they can be in the Canadian and Irish stepdance traditions.
