Hey Sue, I actually have a skirt in a fabric that reminds me of your dress fabric- and it's called the "Pinky Highball Go-go skirt" ...!!

Here's one from my teenage hippy days... (I'm the blond one) I think it was around 1967 and I must have been 13 or 14.
I remember buying that fur coat at the Salvation army for like $3. Right away my friend Susan got one too. LOL!

This is me around age 4, dressed up as a princess for Halloween. I have my mother's lace slip draped over my head as a 'royal train', and she drew my eylashes on with eyebrow pencil. =8-)

There are tons of studies out now on music and healing and health. They have found that certain music can lower the blood pressure, lower the heart rate, change your mood, heal faster, recover faster, make babies and adults rest better, block pain and many other new applications. If your put in music therpy or music healing you will see hundreds of sites . Very interesting to me. I think God gave us this tool and we have no idea how powerful it is. Lots of hospitals are hiring stringed instrument players to assistat the bedside, recovery and even in surgery. They have surmised that the vibrations of the strings also play a part. Have a great day. LB

Ken, I gotta say, i always like it when you say "my Lady Sally". Sounds like you surely must be her knight in shining armor!
Well, my Lady Sally is a former Brit from Brighton, so Marmite is her "go to" spread, with Bovril a close second. Much harder to find Vegemite around these parts - you Aussies seem to want to keep it all to yourselves!
Pavlova with ginger and kiwi sound fabulous. I'd use the pink Chinese pickled ginger, if it was me....
Well I was not online yesterday and missed all the fun. I hope there's some Pavlova left over!
Whoops !!! Should read "containing pieces of chopped stem Ginger and Pinapple"

Ken is right Robin, it is to be loved , tho' not particularly 'healthy',
more along the lines of decadent, but one of my favourites never-the-less
! For some years now one of our family treats is a varient on the theme, three layers of meringue, separated by and topped with whipped cream containing chopped stem ginger, decorated with sliced Kiwi; and served with pouring cream ! Yes, a killer of a dessert, but worth a try once in a blue moon ! (I like to save some for 'the next day', when the meringue has gone a bit soggy!)

Incidentally, its named in honour of the ballerina !
