Tissue Paper Box Bunny Puppet fun to make with your Grandkids
Though everything seems wrong with Mr. Rabbit his positive attitude shines through!
Thanks, Strumelia. This rabbit just came out of a hat and so I painted him. I have to admit that like the Gingerbread Boy, I was surprised when he came to life by the aid of one of my daughters and did that cute dance and came up wanting a hug & kiss. It felt like we were in a Tim Conway and Harvey Corman skit.
Thanks, Dusty and Cynthia,, for your comments on "Mr. Rabbit". Soon I will be singing this song our first Great Grand Child. My how the time has flown.
That's wonderful, John. So gentle and so fun! I grew up listening to this tune on one of Pete Seeger's kids albums, and when my daughter was in pre-school and kindergarten, a couple of times a year I would cart some instruments into her classroom to entertain the kids. This was one of the regular tunes I did. I would sometimes ask them to help with the rhymes.
Thanks Strumelia. The bunny and I are both beginning to feel "energized" by your kind comments.
Watched this one again. It's a keeper!
John, this was just so cute and so much fun!!!
thank you for sharing and for the smiles tonight!

This shows how a song can be a true Delight, no matter how simple its melody or lyrics are.
Perfectly done John, and I just know you painted the pretty Mr. Rabbit himself. I love the color play in all your paintings.
So happy you got this recorded for us all to enjoy!
That is wonderful news John.
