Thanks to everyone who respondedKeen to try more thumb strumming. I'm struggling with 'in' strums at the moment but I'll persevere. The wool felt pick is a good substitute sound wise but I think there's a more rounded quality to the sound with thumbing if that makes sense?- Hey Helen I've never had a backing group before so get those kookaburras ready for my Aussie tour ( I wish !!!)
