Your groovin' with that last video, glad to hear the chromatic is coming along, sure sounds great!
I am on the 9'th week sense surgery on the patella, got my brace off and have begun Physical therapy. Not much pain but stiffness. I got to take a slow walk, rode my stationary bike (3 min.) and did my exercises. I also tried a couple low steps, but it is too weak....So now I feel pretty good about being able to do something to help my knee get strong. As long as I respect what my knee tells me recovery will go smoothly.
