This is my response to James February 2015 Challenge here on FOTMD! Such a beautiful song - this was a great choice James!!!Thank you again for doing these challenges :-)
Very beautiful Cindy. I love the sound of the dulcimette. I would to see a video of you playing that. I should send you pictures of Shenandoah River since it's close by. Although, right now I imagine some of it is iced over. It's been very cold here lately...brrrrrr

Thank you so much Ken! If only I had known your history and you have pictures - I surely would have asked to borrow them! That would have been awesome! That's great about the harmonicas - I recently bought my first Tremolo - and actually just posted a video of it (with dulcimer in the background). I sure do love this music stuff!!!Thanks again
Beautiful, Cindy, absolutely lovely playing. I played along with you on my harmonicas, and when the modulation took place I just changed from my D harp to my G harp. I should have loaned you one of pictures of the Missouri River, I grew up along its banks.
I am sorry I have not been on here to respond to all of the wonderful comments.
Thank you EVERYONE!!!! You all are wonderful, and I so appreciate all of the kind comments and encouragement!!!

Very nice Cindy!
Beautifully played Cindy and I love your presentation, I was sitting at the edge of the Missouri.
Cindy thank you so much for posting this. It's a lovely song, played in a traditionally lovely manner by a very lovely person.
Cindy, oh my my my, that was super beautiful. Absolutely. The music really does speak to the listener. You're something else, I hope you know that.
Nice pickin'...just lovely.

Nice job! I like the way the image changes just as you modulate keys.
Cindy, nice variation with the key change in the middle. We don't often heard that kind of thing in folk music!
Lovely version of an old classic, Cindy! ( I was wondering if that was the St. Joe river there !)
Cindy, that is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for this.
Thank you so much Gail!!! Once again - I am very humbled by the wonderful comments

Cindy, the comment I made when I viewed it on the home page isn't showing up here. So if it lost in cyber space I will do it again...
