Well played Brian!  Very lovely.  Great links for finding older tunes, too.

Thanks all! The question of where I get the tunes from keeps coming up. I get them from a variety of sources, including music books I own and trade with others, listening to my own fairly large music collection, trading tunes/tabs with other people, and from seeking them out on the internet. By far the easiest way is to just search the internet. You can find just about anything - standard musical notation, tab for some instrument that you can adapt to dulcimer, abc or midi files that can turned into standard notation or tab with a software program like TablEdit. Here are just a few of the sites that I like to use for tunes:

http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/

http://www.contemplator.com/

http://www.contemplator.com/tunebook/index.htm

http://sniff.numachi.com/aidx/aidxA.html

Those alone will get you thousands of tunes you can play on a dulcimer if you want to. Here, for example, is Goddesses:

Enjoy! :)

And to think you considered selling this dulcimer! It sounds great, and you really played this selection well! Very nice!
