Thanks Cindy. I was being distracted by Greta so did not feel focused, sorry for the sorry.

Cynthi - this is beautiful - and you have the voice of an angel! The only problem I see with the entire video is your apology !!!
You're cracking me up Helen. My downfall is "I did it my way" but I didn't have Frank Sinatra's voice. Glad you think it works, steal everything you can. Don't think you have to worry about me not being me, it gets me in trouble all the time, especially my mouth. I love your stuff too. I'm writing a waltz...
I really like this, Cynthia, now that I have external speakers hooked up to my laptop so I can actually hear it! I enjoyed all your different playing styles and you really do have a great singing voice! Very impressive
Thank you Patty. It was fun to do, but I could feel JH breathing down my neck as I used these untraditional ways to noter/drone, and Greta was wandering in and out, but it was fun. glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks JC, like you my voice is going away, but I still enjoy it. I was cringing as I was doing these unapproved noter techniques - I almost called it "Kids, don't try this at home." But it was what I had to do to get the electric sound out of the chair! Hope you 2 are OK today.

Thanks so much Jan. Hopefully with this dulcimer I'll be able to grow out into more realms. It's too fun dulcimer.
Thanks so much Rob, don't know what happened that you couldn't.
Finally got to watch this as well as hear it. You did a great job.

Nice rendition On Odetta's To Ella album, she sings it "saved a soul like me" because there are no wretches here.

Thank you Gregory, I had fun doing it, but it just came to me how I could do something different about 15 minutes before I made the video.

Thank you Rob, I got a little wild with it. Normally I just like to play it real simply, but for James...loved yours, more in the spirit of it.
Great job Cynthia!!! What mistakes? That variation was great too! That's a different way to hold the noter. I've not thought of that
Thank you Ben. Greta was coming in, the heat kicking on, distractions, it felt a bit wonky but was fun to do.
Way to respond to James' Challenge-- no mistakes or Ice Buckets here, only a great theme & some nice variations !
Another one who enjoyed the singing !
Thanks Cy
(not Just the singing !)
Well, for some unknown reason, it will play the audio, but not the video. Those were some great variations there toward the end.
A pleasure...what misstakes...who's watching/listening and where are the grammar police?????
Thanks Lexie it was fun to do some different ways.
I don't have enough breath to get through it. James posted a challenge to do this song on Jan. 4. No competition.
