Green Bushes

musician/member name: Entertainment
Duration: 00:04:28
description:
My version of the English folk song "Green Bushes". Another song about faithless love, lost and gained. Yet it has a sweet melody and is fairly easy to sing.

I most certainly agree with Bob...your voice and your dulcimer are a perfect match, Gordon!  heart

Gordon, every time I watch one of your videos I think about what a great match your instrument is to your voice.  yes

Thanks so much Bob, it's more about good luck than good management.

Gordon, from lack of attention to detail, I didn't realize your dulcimer was plugged in.

Now I see the cord.   whistle

So you have one too, huh.  A wife.  It's always been puzzling to me how I ever got a woman.  Now, 50 years later, I still got her.  Absolutely amazing.sun

Terry, where would we be without our wives? I'm positive that mine saved me from a life of debauchery. She has suffered by me for 42 years and doesn't show any signs of weakening!

Good job, Gordon.

Wow.....your dulcimer sure appears LARGE in the video.   An illusion,  perhaps?  Sure puts out a big sound.  You don't need a doggone amp.  One less thing to carry with you.

Well you know Terry, I'm a large guy. I like to think that the amp enhances the sound rather than making it louder, if that makes any sense. If I didn't use the amp, my loud voice might drown the dulcimer music. You also look way more important if you lug an amp with you or have your roadie (my lovely wife) lug it for you.
