I arranged this popular Irish song for the fretted dulcimer. The lyrics to A Str Mo Chro were written about 100 years ago by Brian O'Higgins. He set the words to a traditional Irish air called "Bruach na Carraige Bine." Over the years, the melody for A Str Mo Chro has changed a bit from the original air, and has become a melody in its own right.
Thank you so much, Helen! That's very kind of you.

Guy, that is really sweet, bright, and clear. What a great name for a song, "Treasure of My Heart".
I love this Guy, as well as seeing you get "in the zone" while playing it.
Thank you so much, Carolyn!!
Beautiful piece, well played. I like the tuning your using too.
Thank you so much, Gary. Yes, it's a 3 string dulcimer made by Dale Foye. His brand is called "Aeolus." It's rosewood with a spruce soundboard. I'm just in 1-5-8 tuning there... I'm using C-G-C.
Excellent Guy may l ask you about your Dulcimer? Please is it a 3 string and which tuningThank you Gary.
Thank you Strumelia!! That's so kind of you!
