I'm sorry my notes weren't more complete to note all makers' names! Perhaps a few can be identified by folks who recognize a distinct, 'signature' style.

Great tip, Strumelia!! I have a few pictures from visiting with Keith in Annandale way back when, so it's entirely possible. Will attach one pic from then. Though it doesn't show the tuning knobs as closely, I think you're right that they look suspiciously similar. Thank you!!
This looks exactly like the frog head dulcimers Keith Young of Virginia used to make ... even down to the detailed tuner knobs. I think this is a Keith Young dulcimer in this picture. :)
